Who these terms are with

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These terms apply to energypeg.com, which is run by Energy Peg LLC, 789 Sherman Street, Suite 210, Denver, CO 80203 (“Energy Peg”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Work for clients is governed by a signed proposal, described below. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Using this site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own business use. You agree not to:

  • try to get around the site’s security or reach parts of it not meant for the public
  • copy the site in bulk, or scrape it at a rate that slows it for others
  • send false information, someone else’s details, spam or malicious code through the forms
  • use the site in a way that breaks any law

Please do not send utility portal passwords or other credentials through the contact or booking form. If we work together, we agree a secure way to share them.

Prices here are not offers

Prices on this site are indicative starting prices, shown as “from”. They are not offers, and no price on a page creates a contract. Portfolio size, the number of utilities and the scope of the work all change the fee.

Every engagement is governed by a signed proposal that sets the scope, the fixed fee and the terms in writing before work starts. If that proposal and anything on this site differ, the proposal controls.

Tools and guides are estimates

The demand charge calculator, the bill audit checklist, the guides, the glossary, the compliance calendar and the articles are general information. Calculator results are estimates based only on the numbers you enter, and they leave out riders, taxes and other tariff rules.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or engineering advice, and nothing on it tells you that a building or a claim complies with any law or program. Tariffs, programs and rules change. Before you act, check the current tariff and the official program pages, and ask a qualified professional: an attorney, a tax adviser, or a licensed engineer or contractor.

Our content and name

The text, illustrations, logo and design of this site belong to Energy Peg LLC. You may quote short passages if you link to the page they came from. You may not copy the site, its illustrations or its logo for any other use, or use the Energy Peg name to suggest we endorse you or your product, without our written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to official sources such as the City of Denver, the Colorado Energy Office, ENERGY STAR and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and to research we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

What we do not warrant

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Energy Peg LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings or data, that arise from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

These limits apply to the website only. Engagements are governed by their signed proposals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Colorado law, Denver courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
