What happens on the call
Nothing is signed on the call.
Your portfolio
How many sites and meters, which utilities bill them, and who approves the bills today.
Read the bills
We read your two or three bills with you: rate schedule, read type, multiplier, demand and riders.
Where to look first
What looks off, what needs more data, and which question matters most across your sites.
The next step
The program that fits, its from price, and what we would need from you to start.
Written quote
A fixed fee in writing, with the scope, the timing and the list of data we need.
Before you book
Is the call free?
Yes. The 30-minute call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If a program fits, a fixed-fee quote follows in writing. If nothing fits, we say so and point you to the free demand charge calculator or the bill audit checklist.
Who will be on the call?
A utility analyst who reads bills against tariff books every day, or an energy advisor if your question is about green power or benchmarking. It is a working session on your own bills, so expect questions about meters and rate schedules rather than a presentation.
What if we do not have bills to hand?
Book anyway and bring what you have. One recent bill per utility and a rough count of sites is enough for a useful first call, and the rest can come later under a letter of authorization if you decide to go further.
Can we send bills before the call?
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email with full PDFs or clear scans and we read them beforehand, so the call goes further. If you would rather have a written read without a call, send three bills for a free Three-Bill Read.
What times can we book?
Calls run Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain. Choose morning, midday or afternoon on the form and give three days that suit you; a person confirms a slot within one business day. In-person calls take place at our Denver office on Sherman Street.
