Sites in any state, one method
We track every utility you pay, from Denver, in one report.

A portfolio across 12 states can pay 30 utilities, each with its own bill layout, tariff book and cycle. Comparing them takes one method, applied the same way everywhere. We set one peg per site and read every bill against it.

How remote engagements run
Authorized portal access
A signed letter of authorization per utility lets us pull bills and interval data directly.
Tariff book first
Before reading an account, the analyst learns that utility’s rate schedules, riders and billing rules.
Supplier invoices checked
Where a state allows retail supply, we check the supplier invoice against your contract; we never broker supply.
Video readouts
Findings walked through on a video call with facilities and finance, the workbook shared beforehand.
Visits, time zones and access
Site visits at cost
Visits outside the Front Range are billed at cost for travel, quoted in writing before booking.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain, with calls set to suit Eastern and Pacific teams.
Reply time
A person replies within one business day, whichever state the question comes from.
What to have ready
A site list with addresses, one recent bill per utility, and a signer for each authorization letter.
Questions about remote work
Do you need to visit our sites?
Usually not. Bills, interval data and tariff books are all available remotely with a letter of authorization, and photos of a meter or nameplate from your site staff cover most questions. When a visit would help, we quote the travel at cost in writing first.
How do you handle a utility you have not read before?
The analyst assigned to your account reads that utility’s tariff book first: rate schedules, riders, demand rules and billing terms. Only then do they read your bills. The current tariff is pulled again before each review, because schedules change through the year.
Can one report cover different utilities and states?
Yes. Every site uses the same baseline method and the same variance rules, so a store in Arizona and an office in Ohio sit on the same page. Each utility’s own tariff check runs underneath, with the schedule and section cited for every finding.
Do you work in states with retail energy choice?
Yes. In those states the utility delivers the power and a supplier may sell it, so there are two bills or two sections to check. We read supplier charges against your contract and delivery charges against the tariff. We never broker supply or take a commission.
Are prices different for sites outside Colorado?
No. Program fees are the same in every state, from the same published list. The only difference is travel: inside the Front Range it is included, and site visits elsewhere are billed at cost and quoted before we book.
