Pick the service that answers your question. Each one starts from the same baseline and meter map, so the numbers in one match the numbers in the next.
All five services

Utility bill tracking
Every bill captured, checked against the tariff and explained each month.

Energy consumption monitoring
Meter-level use read against a weather-normalized baseline, with alerts when load jumps.

Tariff analysis
Every account’s rate schedule, demand charge and riders read against its actual load.

Green utility optimization
Green power options compared on cost, contract terms and the claim each one supports.

Clean energy advisory
Benchmarking filings, electrification studies and capital plans with dates on them.
Which service answers which question

| Which site is using more than it should? | Energy consumption monitoring | Peg Baseline, then Interval Watch |
| Is each account on the right rate schedule? | Tariff analysis | Rate Fit Review |
| Why is one site’s demand charge so high? | Tariff analysis | Demand Charge Plan |
| What green power can we buy, and claim? | Green utility optimization | Green Options Study, Clean Claims Check |
| What must we file, and what do we upgrade when? | Clean energy advisory | Benchmarking Filing, Portfolio Energy Plan |
Choosing a service
Which service should we start with?
If you are unsure, start with a free Three-Bill Read, because three bills usually show whether the trouble is billing, rate fit or use. If you already know your question, start with the program in the table above. Either way, the first paid step sets the baseline the other services use.
Can we combine services?
Yes. Every service reads against the same baseline and meter map, so adding tariff analysis to bill tracking does not mean collecting your data twice. Each fee is fixed and quoted in writing before work starts, and the pricing page lists where each one begins.
Do you sell energy, solar or equipment?
No. We do not broker supply contracts, sell certificates or install anything, and we take no commission from utilities, suppliers or installers. When a fix needs equipment or controls, we write down the requirement and refer it to licensed engineers and contractors you choose.
Do you work outside Colorado?
Yes. Sites in any U.S. state are served remotely with the same method and the same fees, and an analyst learns each utility’s tariff book before reading its bills. Travel inside the Front Range is included; site visits elsewhere are billed at cost.
Not sure which one fits?
Bring two or three recent bills to a 30-minute call and we will name the service that fits.
