Down the street from your meters
We read Denver bills from Sherman Street, near the Capitol.

Most Denver metro sites bill with Xcel Energy (Public Service Company of Colorado) for electric and gas. One tariff book, read closely, covers most of a local portfolio. We read it from Sherman Street and visit when a bill leaves a question.

Denver questions, answered
Does Energize Denver apply to our building?
It depends on size and use, so check the City of Denver’s official page. The city says it applies to commercial and multifamily buildings of 5,000 square feet and larger, with different requirements for small buildings (5,000 to 24,999 square feet) and large ones (25,000 and up). We explain requirements; we never declare a building compliant.
Do you visit sites in person?
Yes, anywhere in the Denver metro, and travel is included. An analyst or energy advisor walks the meters, rooftop units and mechanical rooms with your facilities lead. Most walk-throughs take one to two hours per building, booked by email or phone.
Do you work with utilities other than Xcel Energy?
Yes. Some sites at the metro edge bill with an electric cooperative, and water and sewer come from cities and districts. Each analyst learns the tariff book of every utility in your portfolio before reading an account, and the report looks the same for all of them.
Can we meet at your office?
Yes, by appointment. The office is at 789 Sherman Street, Suite 210, near the State Capitol, open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain. Bring a stack of bills and we will read them with you at the table.
